We're looking for individuals to work with a friendly and supportive team to ensure the smooth running of the out of hours service, this does involve been part of a hub supporting branches across the region.
This will include answering the phones, effectively monitoring the system to ensure all visits are attended, effectively covering care calls when absence affects the service, to ensure quality and consistent care is provided to customers and adhere to the policies and procedures of the business.
Ideal candidate would need to drive and have access to their own vehicle. This vacancy is for Weekends and Evenings.
