Immerse yourself in the captivating world of coastal cuisine as Senior Sous Chef at our clients relaxed restaurant and bar with rooms. Join a passionate team and be a key part of the senior management, working alongside the Head Chef to develop innovative seasonal menus that showcase the best of locally sourced seafood and meat dishes. This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £39,000 to £41,000 per year, with the potential to earn an additional £7,000 to £8,000 in tips and service charges per year. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to live on-site in comfortable accommodation if required.

Cultivate a Collaborative Culture: Mentor and develop junior chefs, fostering a dynamic and supportive kitchen environment where everyone can thrive.

Preferred Requirements:

Extensive experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef, with a proven track record of leading a kitchen team and developing innovative menus.
Exceptional culinary skills and a deep understanding of various cooking techniques, with a passion for creating fresh, made-from-scratch dishes.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and motivate a team of chefs to deliver exceptional service.

Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of a busy kitchen operation.

A commitment to using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to create sustainable and environmentally-conscious menus.

The Package:

Salary of £39,000 to £41,000 per year based on a 50 Hour Week
£7,500 - £8,000 per annum service/tronc
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays
Live-in Available
Free Parking
