Willow View is a bungalow a short distance from the main home. You may be required to work at both homes.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual. You’ll help with daily routines, encourage independence, support community access and activities and use Positive Behaviour Support approaches to create a safe and structured environment. Some days might involve developing life skills at home, other days could include supporting hobbies, appointments or trips out in the community. No two days are the same — but every day is purposeful.

Caring, patient, and adaptable individuals
Previous experience is a plus but not essential — full training provided
Genuine passion for supporting independence and dignity
