An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Test Manager role within our Transformation Team on a 4-month fixed-term. This is a fixed-term role requiring someone who can operate effectively from the outset. We are offering a four-month full-time contract, with flexibility to consider part-time working over a longer period.The RoleThe Test Manager role is funded within Finance IT project. The person needs to be in North East to be able to get to Esh 2-3 days per week. Also, need at least 3 years test manager experience and preferably one of the qualifications listedLead the testing workstream for Everyturn’s finance system transformation (NetSuite, PeopleXD, Snowflake).Define and deliver the overall test strategy, including scope, approach, tools and quality standards.Plan and coordinate all testing phases (functional, integration, performance, UAT, cutover).Manage test execution, tracking progress, defects and risks to keep delivery on schedule.Ensure test environments and data are available, stable and fit for purpose.Work closely with internal teams, partners and SMEs to resolve issues and embed quality assurance.Support cutover, go-live readiness and post-go-live testing activities.About youWe’d love to hear from you if you:Experienced Test Manager with hands-on background in test design and execution.Skilled in leading testing within complex environments involving integrations, data migration or multi-vendor delivery.Strong at defect management, triage and communicating with stakeholders.Confident in creating test strategies, plans and reporting structures.Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.Experience with systems such as NetSuite, PeopleXD or Snowflake is desirable.ISTQB certifications (Foundation/Advanced) are beneficial.Analytical, organised and quality-driven, with the ability to work at pace during a transformation programme.What we offer in return:We are proud to have been recognised and certified as a Great Place to Work, which speaks volumes on how much we value our staff members.
