Registered Nurse (RGN) – Nursing Home – £20.90 per hour – Days or Nights - £3,000 welcome bonus



Our client is looking for a committed and experienced Staff Nurse to join their day staff team in a warm and welcoming nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to older adults in a supportive and professionally rewarding environment.



As a Staff Nurse, you will play an important role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of residents . You’ll use your clinical expertise to assess needs, manage care plans, and provide compassionate, person-centred nursing in line with best practices.



Before You Apply



  • This role requires current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN).

  • You must have recent experience working as a nurse in a nursing home.

  • This position is NOT suitable for newly qualified nurses.

  • Pay: £20.90 per hour

  • Hours: up to 39 hours per week

What You’ll Need



  • Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration (RGN)

  • Proven experience working in a nursing home

  • Strong clinical assessment, medication management and documentation skills

  • Confidence working independently and leading care staff on shift



  • Experience with dementia or palliative care



What You’ll Do



  • Take clinical responsibility for residents during day shifts

  • Administer medication and carry out clinical assessments and care planning

  • Lead and supervise care staff to ensure safe, effective care delivery

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with CQC standards

  • Liaise with GPs, families and external healthcare professionals

  • Respond to changes in residents’ health needs, including palliative care support
