We’re looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us as an Electrician in our Empty Homes Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in people’s lives.
About The Role
To be a reliable and enthusiastic Electrician (Multi Skilled). Committed to providing the highest possible standard of repairs, maintenance and installation works. Undertaking all aspects of the electrical role, using a multi – skilled whole job repair approach.
About You
We are looking for 2 Electricians with a strong sense of accountability and a 'can-do' attitude. Working primarily in Empty Homes, you must be able to work independently to diagnose faults and complete rewires or upgrades. You will ensure our properties meet all statutory safety requirements, providing peace of mind for our future tenants. Electrical Inspection and Testing qualification is a requirement of the role.

Key Details
- Electrician – permanent role
- Salary is £37,986 per annum
- £633 flexible pot (which can be used for salary top-up)
- Company Vehicle Provided
- Location: Newburn / Stanley this will be agreed with the successful candidates prior to their starting date.
- Participation in our out-of-hours service, which includes additional standby payments
- Regular travel will be required
- Full Driving Licence Essential
- 37 Hours per week
