Our client is a well-established global environmental solutions provider delivering innovative waste and recycling equipment across a wide range of industries. Operating nationally from their UK Head Office in Buckley, they are entering an exciting growth phase and expanding their UK sales and technical teams.
The business is accredited to EN16500, ISO14001 and ISO9001 standards and continues to invest in new product development to support sustained growth.
The Role
This is a Monday–Friday, field-based role operating from the Membury location, with extensive travel across the UK — primarily South England and Wales.
Key responsibilities include:
Installation, servicing, repair and maintenance of machinery to manufacturer specifications
Reactive and planned preventative maintenance for new and existing customers
Refurbishment of machinery to support the active rental fleet
Close collaboration with sales, service and management teams
A full training programme is provided, including one week at the UK Head Office in Buckley and potential additional training at the European manufacturing facility in Denmark.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with machinery
Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems (essential)
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Forklift and trailer licence advantageous
Professional, reliable and takes pride in their work
