Excellent copywriting skills, ensuring engaging and accurate content is produced for internal and external audiences across multiple platforms and publications; this includes operational literature, monthly staff newsletter, and external literature such as posters, flyers and leaflets. Work across the organisation to source and create content for a variety of platforms that promotes the full range of gtd healthcares services and reflects its mission, vision and values. Utilising Canva to design content such as posters and graphics for internal and external audiences including social media platforms. Using content management systems to update and maintain the staff extranet and website, ensuring content is regularly reviewed, refreshed, and supported with new information and assets. Building and maintaining excellent internal relationships with staff including clinical, non-clinical and executive members, to ensure two-way engagement and sharing of information. Providing communications advice and support to staff, including translating complex information into content that is clear and appropriate for different audiences. Leading on (with support from the head of corporate affairs and wider team) the management of the organisations events such as staff achievement awards and quality awards. Liaising with external agencies such as graphic design, videographers and photographers. Maintaining, developing and analysing relevant databases and surveys. Monitoring social media activity and providing appropriate responses. Supporting the head of corporate affairs in managing the organisations brand and corporate identity, ensuring its consistent and accurate use across all assets, platforms, and channels. Supporting the head of corporate affairs to shape the positive perception of the organisation ensuring there is a clear understanding of gtd healthcares values, ethos, successes and quality, through smart and effective use of social and traditional media, public, staff and patient engagement, and proactive corporate stakeholder management. Supporting the head of corporate affairs to monitor, analyse and evaluate the outcomes of corporate communications activity, ensuring efficient and effective use of communications channels and that approaches are reviewed and updated to meet stakeholder requirements. Providing the wider team with corporate governance support, as required. An interest in and monitoring local and national health media coverage. Supporting relationships with key stakeholders such as NHS partner providers and local authorities. Other duties: Any other duties, as agreed with the line manager to meet the needs of the organisation. This may include travel to other sites within the organisation.
