The Kelly Group is expanding our high-performing team delivering exceptional fibre installation services on our CityFibre contract — and we want skilled professionals like you.
Whether your accreditations are fully in date or previously held, if you have solid experience across the fibre network, we’d love to hear from you.
As a key part of our engineering team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Installing fibre services at customer premises across the CityFibre network
- Working safely at heights and within the underground network
- Conducting thorough testing at multiple stages to diagnose and resolve customer faults
- Delivering high-quality work independently or within a team to meet targets and KPIs
- Following all Health & Safety guidelines and operational procedures
Accreditations such as SA001, SA002, S007, S008 and Streetworks are highly desirable. Engineers who have previously held these and can refresh are also encouraged to apply.
We’re looking for fibre professionals who are:
- Safety-focused with a strong understanding of network best practice
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions across regional UK areas
- Confident using smart devices, digital work instructions and modern fault-finding tech
- Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and maintain exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working at heights up to 15m
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence (12+ months, max 6 points)
We value experienced engineers, and we reward accordingly:
- Competitive earning potential with opportunities to increase your income
- Full toolkit, PPE and uniform provided
- Fully expensed, fully maintained company vehicle
- Clear career progression within a growing national organisation
- Industry-recognised training and qualifications, with support to refresh lapsed accreditations
