Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Secondary Cover Supervisors who possess excellent behaviour management skills alongside a creative and compassionate approach. You will collaborate with an innovative team to deliver a forward-thinking curriculum, maintain high expectations for all pupils, and inspire a lifelong love of learning.

Key Requirements

• Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential).
• PGCE or PCET qualifications also accepted.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Proactive and approachable attitude.
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations.
• Understanding of planning and assessment processes.
