Summary
Support Worker Vacancies – Community Based Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Support Workers to provide one to one community support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and mental health needs
Location: Thurrock
Shifts between 9am-6pm
Typical support includes:
Helping individuals access the community and build independenceSupporting with budgeting, household tasks and confidence building, Promoting communication and life skills, Encouraging social inclusion and engagement in activities such as shopping, gym, swimming and local outings
