About Kanga
At Kanga, our people are our business. We’ve built a culture — known as #KangaLife — where trust, flexibility, and genuine care enable brilliant work and real impact in healthcare.
We combine pharmaceutical expertise with omnichannel marketing capability to support clients from strategy through to implementation and beyond. We’re practical, hands-on experts who care deeply about delivering meaningful, high-quality work — and we’re known for being great to work with.

We are now looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to support the planning and delivery of Kanga’s marketing activity. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketeer who enjoys bringing campaigns to life, coordinating activity across channels, and making things happen.

The Role
This is an operational, delivery-focused role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and inbound leads.
Working closely with the Commercial Director and Studio team, you will support the rollout of integrated campaigns across digital, content, email, and events — ensuring activity is well organised, delivered on time and optimised based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Delivery
• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop clear campaign plans including timelines, deliverables, and channels.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage campaign assets from briefing through to launch.
• Track activity against agreed timelines and budgets.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Support
• Support execution of online lead generation campaigns.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and client communications.
• Use HubSpot (or similar CRM) to manage workflows and reporting.
• Help maintain a visible, organised inbound lead pipeline.

Content & Channels
• Coordinate content creation and publication: website, blog, social, and email.
• Update and maintain the Kanga website (news, case studies, insights).
• Ensure messaging is consistent and on brand.
• Schedule and manage social media activities to grow engagement.

Events & Industry Activity
• Support planning and coordination of industry events.
• Prepare materials and coordinate logistics.
• Assist with award submissions and thought-leadership activity.
• Support company-wide communications; newsletters and seasonal campaigns.

Monitoring & Optimisation
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting.
• Identify opportunities to optimise activity based on data and insights.
• Suggest improvements to processes, tools, and campaign execution.

How Success Will Be Measured
• Campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Marketing activity contributes to a steady flow of inbound leads.
• Content and campaigns are well coordinated across channels.
• Marketing reporting is clear, organised, and actionable.
• Events and external activity are delivered smoothly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing or campaign delivery role.
• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and email marketing tools.
• Experience managing social media and website content (WordPress).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Degree in marketing, business, creative or related field (Not essential).

Our Commitment to Inclusion
Kanga is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcomed, respected and able to thrive. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and lived experiences and are happy to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process.
We actively champion equality, diversity, and inclusion in how we hire, collaborate, and support our team. At Kanga, equality means everyone is invited to the party, and inclusion means everyone feels able to join in.
