The Tearoom Assistant role is hands on with added responsibility which is perfect for someone ready to step up and supervise while still getting stuck in.
What a Tearoom Assistant Supervisor would be doing:
Supervising and supporting Kitchen Assistants
Delegating tasks & coordinating the team
Stock taking & record keeping
Money handling & Cashing up
Maintaining Health & Hygiene standards
Serving customers
Cleaning & washing up
Supporting ordering & basic inventory
What we are looking for:
Friendly, customer focused attitude
Confident, organised and able to motivate others
Deal with matters as they arise in a profession friendly manner
Previous kitchen/hospitality experience preferred
Supervisor experience advantageous, but training provided
