About the RoleMitie is currently recruiting a professional and reliable Workplace Assistant to work at our client site, Direct Line. This role combines workplace support and security responsibilities, ensuring the office environment is safe, welcoming, and well managed.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide front-of-house support and assist employees and visitors.
-Support workplace operations including meeting room setup and general office assistance.
-Monitor access to the building and follow site security procedures.
-Carry out basic security duties to maintain a safe and secure environment.
-Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence on site.
-Report incidents or issues in line with company procedures.
Requirements
-Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence or Security Guard Licence (Essential).
-Previous experience in security, front-of-house, or workplace support roles preferred.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
-Professional and reliable with a proactive attitude.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Basic IT skills for reporting and communication.
Working Hours
-Monday to Friday
-11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
