- Delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication with clients and management
- Collaborating effectively with workshop management and directors to uphold service standards
Requirements:
- Qualified Light Vehicle Technician with relevant certifications
- Proven experience working within a professional workshop environment
- Genuine passion for cars; candidates with enthusiasm for sports or classic cars are encouraged to apply
- Positive attitude combined with a strong team ethos
- Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship with meticulous attention to detail
- Previous experience specific to sports or classic vehicles is advantageous but not mandatory
