- Possession of a valid CCDO Card (Green, Red, or Blue).
- Face Fit certification.
- Asbestos Awareness certification.
- Proven experience in soft strip demolition or similar roles.
- Proficiency in using tools such as breakers, drills, hand tools, and grinders.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices in a construction environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
