Are you commercially minded, analytical, and confident working with financial data? We're looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our growing Commercial team and play a vital role in ensuring our services remain financially sustainable across the UK.
In this role, you’ll analyse and interpret revenue, support fee negotiations with commissioning authorities, and work closely with regional operational teams to ensure our services receive the funding they need to continue delivering high‑quality care and support.
What you’ll be doing
- Producing costing models and financial analysis for external funding authorities
- Supporting negotiations to secure appropriate funding and annual uplifts
- Ensuring billing systems reflect inflationary increases and organisational changes
- Investigating and resolving funding or fee anomalies
- Creating weekly and ad‑hoc reports for the wider business
- Working with Regional Managing Directors to provide commercial guidance
- Supporting the monitoring of departmental targets
What we’re looking for
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
- Experience in financial or commercial analysis
- High attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to manage your own workload and work to deadlines
- Great communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- AAT qualified or experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Experience with public sector funders or the care sector (advantageous)
