SEMH Teaching Assistant - Crawley
Salary: £22k-£23k per annum
Working Hours: Monday-Friday | 08:15am-3:30pm

Do you have a genuine passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs? A well-established school in Crawley is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials

  • Provide emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day

  • Build trusting relationships with pupils

  • Monitor progress and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable or at-risk children

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
