Your new role
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will play a pivotal role, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver the People agenda. You'll support strategic workforce planning, organisational design, leadership capability and cultural development, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations.You will advise on complex employee relations matters, bring insight through data‑driven HR analytics and act as a trusted coach to senior stakeholders. The role carries significant visibility across leadership forums, committees and governance groups, with opportunities to influence business outcomes at a strategic level.You will work across multiple teams on a wide portfolio of people projects, including reward, talent, performance, cultural initiatives and risk related change. Occasional national travel may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience as a senior HR Business Partner within a complex, regulated or highly matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret HR data to inform commercial decision making.
- A track record in organisational design, workforce planning and delivering HR strategy across multiple business areas.
- Deep understanding of performance management, reward frameworks, engagement drivers and cultural levers.
- Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to build strong relationships at senior leadership and Board level.
- Robust understanding of governance, regulatory expectations and risk management within a regulated environment.
- A pragmatic, solutions focused approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and provide sound, commercial recommendations.
- Experience coaching leaders and shaping high-performance cultures.
