A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Quality Manager to lead the Quality function within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
You will oversee the Quality team, maintain compliance with industry and customer standards, and drive continuous improvement across all quality processes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily activities of the Quality team, developing capability through coaching, reviews and clear objectives
- Oversee internal non‑conformances, ensuring issues are investigated, root causes identified and corrective actions implemented
- Manage product inspections and quality checks, ensuring compliance with AQL standards and customer specifications
- Analyse performance data and produce technical reports for senior management
- Maintain QC sample control, documentation accuracy and compliance with internal and external quality requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in quality systems management and process improvement within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in audits, non‑conformance investigations and customer/supplier quality management
- Highly proficient with spreadsheets, databases and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills, able to present information clearly at all organisational levels
- Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail
