In addition to the primary responsibilities, the Salaried GP has the following wider responsibilities: a. Participate in the spectrum of clinical governance processes b. Participate in formal training events promoting best practice in area of expertise Provide leadership and education for members of the multi-disciplinary team, providing guidance and support when necessary c. Participate in local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care
