Crynodeb
To develop strategy for and lead, manage and plan the delivery of Centre for Parent and Child Support (CPCS) portfolio of programmes including Empowering Parents Empowering Communities (EPEC), Family Partnership Model (FPM) and Promotional Guides (PG) and personally provide expert clinical input in the field of parenting, workforce development, programme implementation and dissemination. To be responsible to relevant Professional Heads for the monitoring and implementation of professional, clinical standards, and governance in the service and for the systematic and effective provision of professional supervision to multi-disciplinary team, parent group leaders and consultation to national and international colleagues in CPCS licensed programmes To contribute to enabling other staff, parent group leaders, service users and carers from diverse backgrounds to flourish by working to create a psychologically safe environment. To ensure the conduct of research, service evaluation and audits relevant to the service and consistent with the Directorate, national and international research agendas To develop, maintain and expand the portfolio of high quality and effective programmes provided by CPCS supporting parents, children and families and workforces delivering services to them. To be develop standards for and take a lead in ensuring the good clinical governance, quality and appropriateness of the work of practitioners and parent group leaders in the service.
