⭐ Your Role: Shape Progress Every DayI
n this rewarding SEN teaching role, you will:
- Deliver high‑quality, personalised learning for pupils with a range of SEN needs.
- Use strong EYFS curriculum knowledge to plan developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons.
- Create a calm, structured, autism‑supportive environment, drawing on approaches such as the SPELL framework.
- Adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs, interests and EHCP targets.
- Work closely with a skilled multi‑disciplinary team - therapists, psychologists, SEN specialists and support staff.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with families and external professionals.
- Lead your classroom with confidence, taking responsibility for planning, behaviour, staff management and organisation.

What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- QTS - absolutely essential (ECTs with strong SEN experience will be considered)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and early childhood development
- SEN expertise and a solid understanding of how additional needs impact learning
- Experience - or a real passion - for supporting autistic pupils
- A calm, reflective and solution‑focused approach
- Confident classroom management and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to collaborate within a supportive team of experienced professionals
- Strong IT skills for assessment, planning and reporting
