Production Operative - Days & Nights
Location: Cramlington
Pay: Days £16.15ph / Nights £17.50ph
Our client is a world leader in science-based solutions. Join a dedicated, high-performing team manufacturing single-use medical products in a cGMP clean-room environment.
Roles Available:
- Day Shift Operators x5 (4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, days)
- Night Shift Operators x2 (4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, nights)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual assembly of medical components to strict quality standards
- Accurately follow assembly drawings and SOPs
- Ensure product quality and cGMP compliance
- Set up raw materials; maintain cleanroom 7S standards
- Complete batch documentation and support continuous improvement
Attributes Required:
- Previous manufacturing / cleanroom experience ideal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Basic maths skills; able to work effectively in a team
- Flexible, dependable, safety-focused
