The post holder with the Chief Nursing Officer and Deputy Chief Nursing Officer operates within the corporate division.
The post holder and their team’s team have responsibility and accountability under the direction of the Deputy Chief Nursing Officer for quality, performance and strategic development of the Division and the wider WWL organisation.
The Director of Nursing will work collaboratively across the corporate and clinical divisions with colleagues to achieve the Trust’s financial objectives and ensuring that the Trust operates with the needs of its patients as its highest priority.
