Groundworker
Looking for stable, ongoing Groundworker work with an immediate start? Join a supportive site team where your experience is valued and your work has a direct impact on project delivery.
We are recruiting for onsite Groundworker jobs on a full-time basis, in Lochgelly.
The Role
As a Groundworker, you will work on active construction sites, supporting daily operations and reporting to the Site Supervisor or Ganger.
- Carrying out drainage, kerbing, concreting and general groundworks
- Operating plant machinery including dumper and roller
- Using CAT and Genny equipment to carry out safe digging practices
- Working closely with site supervisors and other groundworkers to meet programme deadlines
- Maintaining high health and safety standards at all times
You will be working outdoors in a structured site environment with clear supervision and teamwork.
We're Looking For
Groundworker - Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in groundwork or construction site roles
- EUSR 1 and 2 (CAT/Genny and Safe Digging Practices)
- Dumper and Roller tickets as a minimum requirement
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
