Birkdale Care is looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, compassionate, and eager to support the smooth running of a care service that truly makes a difference.
About the Role -
As our Office Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting the Registered Manager and ensuring our service runs efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
•Assisting with the creation, updating, and organisation of care plans
•Supporting and completing audits to maintain compliance and quality standards
•Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Registered Manager
•Managing documentation, filing, and general office duties
•Communicating professionally with staff, families, and external partners
•Helping maintain a positive, person-centred environment for our residents and team
What We're Looking For -
•Strong organisational and administrative skills
•A positive, flexible approach to work
•Excellent communication and attention to detail
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Experience in care or administration is desirable but not essential
Hours & Flexibility -
This is a full-time position, and applicants must be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
