Resicare Alliance is a growing care provider for adults and children, committed to delivering high-quality care. We’re looking for an Occupational therapist (Sensory integration qualified) to join our Clinical Team.
Role Overview
Within this role as an Occupational Therapist, you will be involved in assessment, planning and delivery of treatment within the clinical model that Resicare alliance adopts. A key part of your role will be the delivery of sensory integration across the homes within our service. You will work closely with clinical teams, senior management, and external partners to maintain high standards and improve care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assessments and planning – Carry out in depth assessments and identify barriers affecting the individual. Work collaboratively to develop individualised treatment plans for the individuals in out care.
Deliver Interventions – Deliver evidence-based interventions to the highest standards based around the clinical plan for the individual.
Engagement – Therapeutically engage with the children and adults within the service to support the delivery of the clinical plan.
Stakeholder collaboration – Work with internal and external agencies to uphold high clinical standards
Effective reporting – Clear documentation that provides an evidence based for all interactions with the children and adults within the service.
What You Need
Full driving licence to be able to travel to multiple services.
Education
A degree or Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy
Sensory integration qualification
Experience
Prior work in children’s and adults residential care settings
Delivery of sensory integration
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage your workload and prioritise effectively
Working as part of an MDT
