We are partnering with an award-winning, family-run care provider to recruit a Nursing Home Manager for their established home in Manchester. The Role:
As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, balancing clinical excellence with operational and business management. This senior role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen to ensure the home delivers outstanding care and achieves growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and exceed CQC standards, working towards Outstanding ratings
Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled and dedicated team
Drive operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth
Ensure high-quality care delivery while managing business objectives
Foster a positive, safe, and supportive environment for staff, residents, and families
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in care home management, with a track record of maintaining or exceeding CQC standards
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Commercially aware with excellent operational and strategic expertise
Confident, proactive, and able to deliver results
Package:
£70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus
