Summary
Are you an experienced Clinical Lead looking for a new opportunity in Brackley? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join our team and positively support our Registered Manager in providing leadership to our care and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and facilitate the nursing and medical needs of our service users.
Assist senior management in delivering high-quality care and support, and deputise when required.
Maintain current skills through training and development.
Ensure compliance with standards, legislative requirements, regulations, and best practices.
Duties:
Ensure service users' preferences and wishes are at the heart of care delivery.
Manage day-to-day care delivery and the staff team efficiently and effectively.
Maintain and update all recording systems and organisational documentation.
Provide guidance and support for care staff on nursing and medical matters.
Act as a shift leader to monitor and direct the effective running of the unit.
Requirements:
Nursing home experience
NMC registration
Leadership experience
Availability every other weekend
