Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver
Location: Slough
Salary: Negotiable
We are currently seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team in Slough. The ideal candidate will have a valid HGV Class 2 license, relevant
experience in driving heavy goods vehicles, and a good understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and HGV Class 2 vehicle to transport goods to and from different locations.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate effectively with the transport manager and other team members.
- Handle goods carefully and ensure they are secured properly.
- Minimum of 2 years ' experience driving heacy goods vehicles.
- Good driving record with no major violations or accidents.
- Ability to read and follow GPS and other navigational systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays if required.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.
