The Brand Marketing Executive is responsible for shaping, delivering, and protecting the Southern Sheeting brand across all customer-facing touchpoints. The role owns campaign messaging, content, communications planning, and brand reputation, ensuring customers experience a clear, confident, and consistent proposition.
This role also plays a key part in content and working closely with our SEO agency to ensure on-site content is well-structured, relevant, and aligned to commercial priorities.
The role also ensures our brand messaging is optimised for an evolving search landscape, including AI-driven and Large Language Model platforms, so that Southern Sheeting is accurately represented wherever customers research and validate suppliers.
This role serves as the voice of the customer, ensuring that marketing activities reflect real needs, build trust, and reinforce Southern Sheeting’s service-led positioning.
Essential Experience
Experience in a brand, content, or campaign-focused marketing role
An English degree
A passion / natural skill in content and copywriting
Strong communication skills
Working knowledge and experience of SEO principles, including keyword intent, on-page optimisation, and content structure
Confidence working with SEO agencies and implementing recommendations
Desirable
● Marketing qualification
● Experience in B2B, trade, or product-led industries
● Experience in supplier or co-marketing activity
● Familiarity with brand reputation or review platforms
● Experience using or working alongside Large Language Models (LLMs), such as AI-driven content or search tools, to inform messaging, research, and content development.
