Key Responsibilities

Support with clinical duties such as medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
Lead and mentor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices
Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
Liaise with healthcare professionals to support residents’ health and wellbeing
Promote dignity, independence, and high standards of care at all times
Requirements
Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working in a care home or healthcare environment
Medication training and confidence completing clinical tasks
Strong communication and team‑leading skills
