Summary
Estates Surveyor needed in Grays
This is a temporary contract initially paying £297.62 per day PAYE
The reference number is: OR24377
The successful candidate will lead Corporate Property Projects and to provide professional support and advice to all Major Projects from a property perspective.
They will assist with the delivery of a comprehensive asset review program of all property assets and devise an appropriate asset plan for each asset and will undertake monitoring of asset performance and report appropriately against relevant KPIS and performance indicators.
