Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced (Senior) BREEAM Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading BREEAM assessments and contributing to sustainable building projects. The role is able to be performed remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive BREEAM assessments for new and existing buildings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with BREEAM standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients and project teams throughout the certification process.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize building sustainability.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for BREEAM submissions.
- Stay updated with the latest BREEAM standards and best practices.
- Mentor and support junior assessors as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Licensed BREEAM Assessor, with at least 2 years consultancy experience and strong knowledge of BREEAM processes.
- In-depth knowledge of BREEAM standards and certification processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
