SELF EMPLOYED OPPORTUNITY
Let with AMRP – Property Services Across the North East
Let with AMRP is a professional property services business operating across the North East of England. From our base in Ferryhill, we manage and maintain a growing portfolio of residential properties stretching from Redcar to Ashington and across to Stanley.
As our portfolio continues to expand, we are now inviting experienced handymen, handy persons and maintenance contractors to work with us on long-term maintenance contracts.
We are not seeking one-off assistance. We are building reliable, professional partnerships with contractors who are looking for consistent, structured work with a reputable and compliant property business.
Why Work With Let with AMRP
• Long-term, ongoing maintenance contracts across a portfolio of approximately 250 managed properties.
• A structured and professional work allocation system via Fixflo, with a user-friendly contractor app.
• Clear communication and defined expectations.
• Twice-monthly payment runs on the 1st and 15th of each month, with invoices paid within seven working days of those dates, subject to completion photographs, correct invoicing and key returns. This regular payment structure is specifically designed to support contractor cashflow.
Our Commitment to Compliance
Compliance is central to how we operate at Let with AMRP.
Every contractor we work with must complete a formal onboarding process and meet our compliance standards. This includes:
• Completion and signing of our Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of a valid Public Liability Insurance schedule.
• Relevant trade accreditations and registration numbers, for example NICEIC, NAPIT, Gas Safe, fire door certification or pest control certification where applicable.
• A valid Waste Carrier Licence, or confirmation of the licensed waste provider you use.
• Certification uploads and expiry tracking within our systems to ensure ongoing compliance.
All contractors are added to both Agent OS and Fixflo, with certification dates recorded and monitored carefully. We operate a structured audit trail and require documentation to be kept current at all times. This protects our landlords, our tenants and our contractors.
If you are professional, reliable, properly insured and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance, we would be pleased to hear from you.

We look forward to building strong, long-term working relationships with contractors who share our professional standards and values.
