We're looking for a proactive, hands-on and skilled Building Services Manager to help us deliver extraordinary experiences to millions of fans.
What you'll be doing
You'll take the lead in keeping our venue operating at its best:
Overseeing daily building operations and ensuring everything is safe, efficient, and show‑ready.
Managing in-house maintenance teams and external contractors.
Carrying out reactive works within your technical competency.
Leading planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to extend the life of key systems.
Ensuring full compliance across mechanical, electrical, fire, security, and health & safety.
Keeping accurate records, certifications, and reports.
Acting as the venue's nominated person for Fire Safety and Legionella when required.
Representing Building Services in meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and problem-solving:
Experience managing complex, high‑footfall buildings
Strong M&E engineering knowledge
Experience managing teams and contractors
A relevant M&E qualification (technician level or above)
A recognised safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH (or willingness to train)
Confident with BMS systems
Good commercial awareness
UK driving licence

Where: You'll be based at the venue in Olympia. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends.
We offer flexible start and end times. We are also open to and welcome flexible working conversations.
