Crynodeb
We are seeking a Band 7 Biomedical Scientist with specialist expertise in diagnostic laboratory practice and a recognised HCPC registration. You will carry out, analyse and interpret both routine and complex investigations, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality. In this senior role, you will lead and manage a team of Biomedical Scientists, providing strong technical leadership and day to day guidance. You will act as a mentor, fostering a positive, high performing team culture while embracing the full responsibilities of frontline management. Please note that this position is in-person so the hours will be worked on-site only, shifts are a mixture of 08:00am 16:00pm and 10:00am 18:00pm. Saturday availability is also a requirement. You may be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays in times of operational difficulty, with suitable prior notice.
