Crynodeb
The role: This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, fixed term for 12 months from March 2026. Key Responsibilities: Manage a complex caseload autonomously, completing assessments and delivering evidence-based individual and group interventions. Develop and review person-centred treatment plans that promote recovery and functional independence. Provide clear written and verbal reports to the MDT and contribute to ward rounds and care reviews. Provide supervision and support to junior staff, assistants, and students. Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain professional and legal accountability for own practice. Adhere to relevant professional standards, safeguarding responsibilities, and organisational policies. Engage in continuous professional development and mandatory training.
