Salary: £41,864.57 – £45,490.48
Full Time: 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Location: Multiple Schemes, Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid Working)

We are a charitable Trust with a diverse range of stock. This role is to oversee and manage our over 55’s Independent Living Schemes in Bournville and surrounding areas.

Job Profile
This is a very exciting opportunity for somebody to oversee and lead our over 55’s housing stock in Birmingham to success, as we embark on a new journey as we re-brand our services as Independent Living and undertake a new way of working.
You and your team will ensure that the schemes are ran to their best ability efficiency wise, financially, and will ensure the best performance and outputs possible for the services – ensuring excellent customer service along the way.
You will lead the team, and the residents, through a period of change as we rebrand our services as Independent Living.
Candidate Profile
-You will be values driven and focused on delivering great services.
-You will have experience in managing Retirement Living or supported housing schemes.
-You will have experience in housing management.
-You will have experience in managing teams to success, coaching and developing a team along the way.
-You will have experience of financial and performance management, including management of budgets.
-You will understand the H&S and compliance landscape of Older Persons Schemes.
-You will be values driven and focused on delivering great services, be empathetic and adept at communicating with stakeholders.
-You will be organised and have good problem-solving skills is key as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-You will be self-motivated and have a willingness to learn.
