Internal Account Manager
up to £30,000 per year (DOE) plus quarterly bonus, pension, healthcare and free parking
Monday for Friday role 8.30am – 5.00pm
We are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Manager for leading and expanding Mansfield client, the role is supporting an external Sales Manager with managing customer enquiries and order generation. This is pivotal role in the company, and they need someone who can deal with a customer order from the cradle to the grave.
Key Responsibilities for the Internal Account Manager
• Processing sales orders received daily via email or telephone and keeping customers informed of our current stock holding and delivery dates.
• Managing the bespoke re-order levels and stock requirements of existing customers.
• Obtain best cost prices and lead times from external suppliers.
• Supporting external Sales Manager and working as a team to prioritise growth of the sales area.
Experience required for the Internal Account Manager
• You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar job role.
• A professional telephone manner, organised nature with commercial mindset.
• A demonstrated ability to develop, retain and build confidence with customers via excellent account management.
• Competent IT skills are essential for this busy role.
• Experience using Sage Accounts is preferred.
