Salary: £36,522 to £46,492 per annum for an exceptional candidate. This includes a 10% recruitment incentive

Are you ready to spark change and shape future electricians? We are looking for a passionate and skilled Lecturer in Electrical Installation to join our dynamic Construction Team.

⚡ What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Lecturer, you’ll work hands-on with entry-level students, guiding them through practical training and inspiring them to reach their full potential. Your real-life experience and enthusiasm for the trade will help bring the subject to life in the workshop and the classroom.

⚡ About you must:


hold GCSE A*- C / 9 – 4 or Level 2 equivalent in English and Maths
have an interest in supporting students within an educational environment.
be qualified to Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
excellent communication and organisational skills
