Location: Leicestershire, UK
Pay: £120–£180/day (DOE)
Duration: Full-time | Long-term | Temp-to-Perm
Start: ASAP / Flexible

Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a committed HLTA to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, helping them thrive daily in a positive, engaging environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead 1:1 and small group interventions to support learning and development
Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of the class teacher
Implement and model behaviour strategies (PRICE / TeamTeach experience desirable)
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional progress across the curriculum
Promote and maintain a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment


Requirements:

HLTA qualified or working towards Level 4 TA status
Flexible, proactive, and confident in leading learning and interventions
Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs
Positive, patient, and resilient approach to helping pupils thrive
School or youth work experience
Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required
