Here at PayPlan, we are looking for experienced Project manager to join our team on a 6 month FTC. We are going through a really
exciting time, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established team and make a real difference to the business.
What would you be doing as a Project Manager here at Payplan?
Our Project managers work hard to ensure internal projects are successfully completed on time, in budget and to the satisfaction
of all involved. You will be looking after multiple projects of varying size, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring risk
and issues are mitigated to result in project completion. It’s a really exciting time at PayPlan and we are looking for eager,
As a Project Manager at PayPlan you will:
* Deliver on projects, ensuring the project meets its objectives, scope, time and budget constraints.
* Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and tools, to ensure efficient execution.
* Guide and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
* Be a keen problem solver, addressing issues that arise and find solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
* Build relationships with stakeholders across the business, reporting on progress and ensuring regular communication.
* Champion continuous improvement and new ways of working at every opportunity
About You:
* You will have at least 5 years experience in a Project Management role, managing multiple projects of varying complexities
across technical functions.
* PRINCE2 Qualified or equivalent, with a familiarity of different Project management software, tools and multiple methodologies
* Ability to build relationships, manage conflicts, and work effectively with diverse teams
* Confidence to question and challenge other thoughts and ideas
* A great team player with the confidence to work independently
* Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach to your work
* Ability to use own initiative and multitask
* May be required to travel to our other offices
