This nurseries are dedicated to delivering exceptional early years care, ensuring every child feels secure, valued and supported. With a strong focus on play-based learning, the setting encourages curiosity, independence, creativity and the development of strong communication skills through meaningful interactions.
They are currently seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed childcare professional who is enthusiastic about planning and delivering engaging activities that support children’s social, emotional and educational development. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a stimulating learning environment and contribute positively to the nursery’s inclusive and child-centred ethos.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (please note Health and Social Care qualifications are not accepted).
• Recent, hands-on experience within an early years or nursery setting.
• A warm, caring and patient nature with a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the individual needs of children and the nursery.
