Crynodeb
We’re recruiting Refuse Loaders to support Veolia in Telford on an ad-hoc basis. This role involves physical outdoor work, early starts, and short-notice availability.
Duties
• Loading household waste and recycling onto collection vehicles
• Heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Supporting the crew on routes across the local area
• Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements
• Reliable and punctual, with flexibility for early morning calls for same day work
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting
• Able to work outdoors in all weather
• Good team player with a positive attitude
• Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
6:45am-3pm (Monday-Friday) – Time and a half pay on a Saturday (when required)
