Crynodeb
This role is focussed on supporting new and unqualified teachers, as well as existing staff. Your main role will be supporting teachers to become highly effective practitioners. You will also be involved in quality assurance, quality improvement and delivering CPD activities.
We are looking for a practitioner that is familiar working with Construction and Engineering teams and curriculum content. The successful candidate will be familiar with the fundamentals of occupational and vocational qualifications and how they are best facilitated to support learner success.
You will need to be approachable, proactive and use your initiative.
You will be a key team member who will be confident delivering staff training and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
It’s a fast-paced environment, so you will be working on multiple priorities at any given time.
A comprehensive understanding of professional standards, including the OFSTED toolkit framework is beneficial.
The successful candidate should be aware of quality assurance and improvement activities, although full training will be given.
A relevant teaching qualification and teaching profile is essential for this role.

This is a fixed-term position until July 2026.
