We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Administrative Assistant to provide confidential administrative and secretarial support across the Business, with a strong focus on travel coordination and event management.
The role will involve coordinating complex UK and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, conferences and business trips. You will provide proactive travel support to Senior Management, ensuring smooth, efficient and cost effective planning. In addition, you will organise team away days, social events and company gatherings from initial planning through to successful delivery. The position also includes managing calendars, processing expenses and preparing accurate presentations and meeting materials to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Team Assistant, Travel Coordinator or similar support role. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. We are looking for someone professional, proactive and solutions focused who enjoys delivering high quality support in a fast-paced environment.
