• Lead and embed a robust SEND strategy—drive whole-school inclusion
• Coordinate EHCPs, interventions, and multi-agency support for SEND students
• Champion a high-quality, differentiated curriculum—train and inspire staff
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop data-driven SEND outcomes
• Foster partnerships with families, external agencies, and the wider community
