What skills and experience we're looking for
We wish to appoint a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our existing team. You will provide effective lunchtime supervision to the Waddington Redwood Primary Academy.
The successful candidates will have a genuine interest in providing the best experience for our children, be able to interact positively with them, be reliable and hard working.
They will be expected to take pride in their work, have good attention to detail and be able to work on their own initiative whilst working as part of a team. This post involves setting up and clearing the dining area and the ability to follow health and safety procedures is essential.
Previous experience of working in an education environment in a similar role is desirable but not essential. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for the opportunity to engage with pupils and staff.
